Electrical safety
The luminaires in this catalogue are designed and manufactured on the basis of the EN 60598 / VDE 0711 regulations. The majority of the luminaires bear the
corresponding test symbol on the type plate, packaging and instructions for use. The remaining luminaires have been or are being prepared for testing
but the certification and approval procedure has not yet been completed. Please feel free to contact us at any time for news about the current state of the
approvals. Custom-made products are manufactured on the basis of the above mentioned standard. All luminaires are subject to continuous production
monitoring and quality inspection.

Lighting planning · Technical information
Good planning work is required to perform lighting applications. Each lighting application has its own specific demands. These depend on many factors such as reflection characteristics
of the environment, the required degree of illuminance, colour rendering etc. We would be pleased to assist in planning lighting systems according to your specifications. The figures
quoted in this catalogue for output and luminous flux are system information – explanations can be found on Pages 320 and 321. The values might change as the result of technical
progress while the catalogue is still in circulation. Current data can be found on the Internet in the data sheets issued for the luminaires at www.bega.com.
Energy efficiency of the lamps
You can find information (in accordance with EU regulation
874/2012) about the energy efficiency of our luminaires in
the tables throughout this catalogue and on our website.
All information is based on the scale A ++ - E.
